Apache Pizza Swords — Restaurant in Fingal

I will never order food from here again. We ordered food last weekend after a long day in hospital, we ordered at around 00:30 on the app, it said it would take 1 hour to arrive, waited the hour and nothing, rang the store 20 times and got no answer. Waited up until 2.30am absolutely starving to realise the food clearly just wasnt going to arrive and we had to go to sleep hungry, much later than planned. Messaged the store on messenger and got ignored.

Called the next day, Spoke to Anthony who is by far the RUDEST person I have ever had dealings with, he didnt apologise, said he was trying to call us all day (he didnt) said they closed early for a staffs birthday and forgot to turn off the delivery system and our order has been refunded but at the same time took no responsibility. Got off the phone fuming but whatever.

Then I fill out the feedback form on the website on friday (6 days later) as we still hadn't got our refund and still fuming that the store accepted no responsibility for what happened. Anthony yet again emailed back, contradicted EVERYTHING he said on the phone, claimed he already apologised (he didnt once), said they didnt forget to turn the delivery system off, instead his new excuse was the technology messed up and not their fault at all, and that he didnt try to call me at all because he was too busy the next day looking after other customers!

The whole interaction with Anthony was RUDE, MATTER OF FACT AND HAD NO KINDNESS OR UNDERSTANDING that this completely ruined our night!!

This isnt the first time we have had a bad interaction with Anthony, this happened before when our order was late, we rang the store and Anthony told us it has already left with the driver (we live 10 mins from the store) we rang a half hour later to ask why it still hadnt arrived and he got snappy on the phone saying its just left the store, even though he said it left 30 mins before. He's a liar, hes rude and does not care about the customers.

We order from most weekends for our whole family and safe to say we will be ordering Mizzoni tonight, never again will we order while Anthony...

My partner and I placed an order online and the delivery was to be an hour and 45 minutes later. Delivery was €3.50 and there was also a transaction charge of 50 cents, even though we paid cash? The delivery arrived around 10 minutes late, not a big deal. What I found annoying was that I had to go out to the driver to collect my order..if I pay for delivery I expect it to be delivered, not for me to go out to the driver and get it off him. The food.....oh my God... it actually feels wrong to even call it food. It was disgustingly bad. We ordered doner kebabs, and a portion of taco fries. Firstly, the kebabs were tortilla wraps rolled around a couple of pieces of kebab meat, lettuce and chunks of red onion that could only have been cut the way they were with a spoon! The taco fries are beyond discretion, if someone had vomited into a cardboard container and you set the two side by side you would NOT be able to tell which was which. Everything was stone cold...and I mean absolutely freezing... Apache Pizza Swords is hands down the most horrible experience of takeaway food I've ever had. They're nothing short of a diabolical. I'll never order from Apache Pizza again, noatyer where I am in the world. Even a franchise has standards.... allegedly. Apache Pizza obviously do not, otherwise they wouldn't allow people who don't give a damn about what they're sending out to...

BE WARY of this place. I had the worst experience ever in my entire life, DONOT BUY FROM HERE. The guy called Anthony was the rudest person I ever spoken to. He said order will take around an hour or even less then when I called after one hour and 15 mins he said I told you already it will take OVER AN HOUR. Why would I agree to place an order that will take over an hour and I only live 10 mins away from it? I agreed it will take max an hour or even less. However he started getting rude at me, and when I told him to REFUND me the money back as I already paid for the order and the delivery over the phone, he said I DID REFUND YOU. I called 3 mins later, another guy started to take my card details to refund me the money, which indicates Anthony didn't refund it first place as he promised. This place its a RIP OFF. If you can't do delivery for any reason, just say to the customer, NO DELIVERY ONLY COLLECTION TODAY. we will understand. It doesn't even deserve one star but have to submit one in order to put...
