My order was taken wrong. I was ordered by a crew member to get my receipt to prove I was wrong. Very dismissive and arrogant. Them she informed me I could not get a drink for "free". I did not ask at anytime for anything free and stated this. About 3 other personnel surrounded the area, both intimidating and off putting. Then one man stated he wasn't going to serve me, he wasn't anyway, unfortunately he seemed to get in on the drama they had created. I have given McDonalds a 5 out 5 in the past but its service unfortunately is slipping. When I was talking to the person who took my order (much better service), the personnel in question were all.huddled together, talking loudly about it, extremely bad training on customer service. My advice would be the person informs the customer, "must have been an error in your order, apologies for that. Would you like to order a drink now, I will get it straight away" and of course charge the customer. Not ordering me to go back down to my seat and get the receiot in the effort to prove me wrong, that I had ordered wrong. A side note the fries were cold but at this stage I had been intimidated too much...
Read moreI am a nurse and I was in with my son last week after my night shift to get a bite to eat at your establishment, after a visit to the dentist in swords. I ordered through the Kiosk. We had the table number just besides us and was clearly visible. After a while I saw a Caucasian lady carry which looked like our order. Mind you she was the only Caucasian lady there at that time. I asked her if it was our order? She avoided us both, went all along the other side of the restaurant, came back, and put the food a bit away from us, maintaining absolutely no eye contact whatsoever. My son seeing this kind of behavior was flabbergasted and asked me why was she being so rude to us. I didn't know what to say to him. i also put forth a complaint about this incident to the official website. But all I got was a lame apology. They didn't mention if they spoke to the person or what action was taken. Read moreThis restaurant is absolutely terrible,overworked staff, the place isn't clean on account of the mass of kids that congregate and your food on my several occasions to visit has been cold. The restaurant used to be great a few years ago but now it's poor. I can not count the amount of times I've been handed the wrong order, as of today we ordered 3 large chips, we recieved 2 half full boxes. The food was stone cold, it cost 55 euro and I honestly wouldn't spend that much in there again. Another thing that had happened to me once was that I ordered a frappe, my friend ordered chicken nuggets and chips. I waited 40 minutes on the frappe whilst my friend ate her food and finished it.
