Just Pizza and Kebab — Local services in Limerick

I ordered from here for the first time. The "delivery" took over two hours and we ended up getting nothing and losing our money. We went out to get the food as soon as we got a notification that the food was there. Nobody was there. We called the restaurant and received very rude service. They said it was my fault as they had waited for "30 minutes" (I highly doubt that) and called me many times. They told me that my phone number is not correct even though I checked it many times that it is and I had my ringer on. Additionally, I was checking my phone every minute and it was open next to me. So, if they couldn't get through to me by my phone, there was nothing I could have done about it. During the call I was called 'careless' and they told me that I do not care about my order and that I was wasting their time. Also they said that this was my second time ordering from them and also a second time me leaving them hanging. This is not correct as it was my first time ever ordering from them or anywhere. They told me never to order from them again, even though that was very pointless as I wouldn't have done that anyway. Very rude service, I feel disrespected and did not get our food nor our money back. Definitely do not recommend ordering or buying from them!!!!!

horrible, do not order from here, especially if it’s delivery. ordered from a delivery of over €30 including tips and it never showed. i decided to go to the shop to ask for my money back and the state of the place was horrific. The workers handling food with unwashed hands and such a grimy environment. i asked about my order and if i could have my money back but he tried to negotiate that instead of my money back he could make my order and give it to me there but after seeing the state of that place, id rather not eat anything from there. Honestly made me think that my order not arriving was a blessing in disguise. After a bit of back and forth, the manager came and spoke to me and told me that it wasnt their fault they couldn’t deliver my order because they dont have internet to recieve such orders in the shop. they told me to contact the website instead. im pretty sure they got that money and their online delivery service is just a full blown scam. terrible experience. would not order...

I ordered a pizza meal deal that consisted of a 16 inch pizza, 2 drinks, 2 curry sauces and a portion of chips. I must say I am disappointed with the cuisine. The pizza first of all was rotten, the cheese was about to start walking off the pizza, so much for 3 toppings because I could barely even taste them and the crust was just as flat. The chips were like something left lying around for 5 days and there was a hair on them which is disgusting and as for the curry sauce it was as watery and it was all over the box when I opened it. The delivery was 20 minutes late as to the predicted time but the delivery driver was nice so that’s grand but the rest was honestly brutal everyone stay well clear...
