Shake Dog Tallaght — Restaurant in South Dublin

I will not be returning to shake dog at the Square tallaght. As Spent a lot of money on four big meals. They Made a mistake with my order two times the burgers bun do not look fresh at taste fresh overcooked food. Don’t even fill your burger up with enough filling that you’ve paid for or sauce, on the burger.the onion rings and mushrooms, taste, bland, tasteless. Left in the fryer to cook for so long they were so hard They’re so burnt. As you enter the restaurant they tell you to take a seat then they come and take your order and then they ask you to go back to the checkout to pay for your order Make it make sense .why seat somebody and make them get up to pay for the order if this is the case then just seat someone and when they have finished their food then they pay for order like you do at Eddie rocket .or do not seat people let them pay first and choose their menu at the counter. Like previous review, didn't understand had to be seated ,waited for order to be taken, then had to go back up and pay before you even received it . Ordered Garlic cheese fries ,hubby got chicken fries . Mine came out with just fries covered in some garlic mayo and grated cheddar, not even melted . Asked could you melt cheese please said yeah will get them to put in the microwave. Then he forgot about them . Had to call him after nearly 10 minutes to get them. Said to me next time ask for a cheese sauce. First time there doesn't mention that on menu . Hubby's chicken was cremated. Very very dry . Won't be back, very poor version of...

First time in this establishment. Easily one of the better places to dine in The Square. Food was top-class, very tasty and well worth the value for your money. I ended up going with their 'Shake Dog Deal' and yep, it was pretty good.

Also, I just have to comment on the customer service from not only the woman manning the front stand (sorry, I never caught her name 😅) but the staff behind the kitchen- They were super friendly and welcoming.

I'll definitely be coming back in the future and if you haven't already, give them a chance, very family...
