My second time here 1st time was OK coffee was crap muffin delicious.Returned today and was so disappointed, my daughter purchased an iced strawberry matcha latte cist almost €6 when she came out she commented on a block of ice in the cup she couldn't stir the syrup into the matcha because of the massive lump of ice in the cup. I returned the said drink and when I approached the lady at the counter I showed her the lump of ice and asked if this could be remade as the straw was now broken into the drink and the lump of ice was still there I was answered with "what do u expect its an iced drink" she refused to make a new drink said she would pour the ice out.i felt really annoyed at this stage because of her attitude.she grabbed the drink removed the said lump of ice and handed it back. When leaving looked back and could see her speaking to her colleague about this and the gesture in her face was disgusting.For €6 I expected at least single cubes or 1/2 stuck together. I should have taken a photo as this was IMHO unacceptable and her attitude was even worse WILL NOT RETURN. No wonder its hardly busy if the attitude of the staff meets the...

Shocking service and the dirtiest cafe I've been in in a long time. Staff were sitting down together chatting and I counted ELEVEN dirty tables. One staff member was on his phone texting and ignoring customers as they waited to be served and continued to text when customers called him. I saw numerous people leave before being served. It was a good half an hour before any of the tables were cleared (I only stayed that long because the little one was eating!) There were no straws and no cutlery available. It's like they've just given up. I had to stop myself from getting up and clearing the tables myself as I couldn't relax there! Lesson learned, going to...

I was there today with two others ,the staff were so unbothered looked as they didn’t even want to be there ,staff also looked unprofessional and unpresented no hair nets and hair was messy and loose ,we ordered rolo hot chocolate and it was advertised as being in a tall glass with caramel whipped cream and a rolo on top we were served a large coffe cup with cold hot chocolate and whipped cream, marshmallows with a rolo on top (false advertising) it was horrible finnished as fast as we could and left !!!do not recommend...
