Joe's Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Carlow

As frequent restaurant goers we found an extremely good one in Carlow town We live in wexford but travel almost every week to go to Joes chinese in Carlow The food is excellent and always consistant .We would highly recommend anyone to go to it .You will not find a nicer chinese anywhere The staff are very good and make you feel so important A great chef and also very clean We would not pass it and will continue to travel twenty five minutes to get there every week .Five stars all the way to Joe Deirdre and rest of staff Shay...

We have used this restaurant/ take away for last 6/7 years and it was great in the beginning… However the last 3/4 visits were disappointing. Quality is getting worse… when they start serving stale prawn crackers you know there are problems. Ordered Fillet Beef in Green Pepper & Black Bean Sauce (€11.50) on last two occasions… it’s not fillet beef and the peppers are not cooked fresh. They are pre cooked in a disgusting “Tar” like sauce out a wholesalers mix..Joe has got lazy and greedy and I will go to the competitors...

Beautiful beautiful and beautiful Very authentic Very nice ../ Can't believe that I could find that Chinese authentic taste in a small town of Ireland. I wish I could have more stars but here is only 5 stars... This is truly a hidden gem of Ireland. Very talented chef...I must say... Mr key was amazing, very very polite and very mannered. He quickly understood what we need. Thanks key and thanks chef! Perfect !!!
