Europa Restaurant — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Dundalk

Have not ordered from europa in years. Recommended by a family member for the food. First time ordering online. Advertised as 20% off on website for 1st order.... ordered standard food order with meal deal 3 burgers and two sides with drink on meal deal. Didn't see any objections or pop ups to say this was not apart of the t&c... place order for delivery gave 10% tip.... order placed over 1 hour rang establishment after 1 hour to see if order confirmed. Was told order was being cooked...... Grand would be 15mins...... rang back to see why 20% wasn't taken off. was informed i placed an order that included a meal deal which eliminated the 20% first order again not suggested or populated while placing the order online. rang back to see if any compensation could be applied for late order....no compensation for late order as order was paid in full. All in all food was nice dont want to say much more as it was good..... but no different to any other chipper takeaway in dundalk that are definitely faster in delivery. We understand the busyness of a business but our order was placed on a Wednesday evening maybe not the busiest time but who are we to judge. just be mindful and we want to be transparent about the food being ok/nice but service/delivery/online...

Beyond disappointed, we order a weekly family diner delivery and this week they forgot portion of the order. We telephone immediately and was informed its on its way, so we waited as we all eat together. 25 mints later no sign of rest of our delivery so we telephoned again, to then told its only a portion of order missing, we explained family diner we all eat together and requested order to be resent and we can return the now cold food. We were told no, and after much discussion offered partial refund of food not received, however not informed in which method will we receive the refund. It was such a disappointing experience whereby the kids not get their meal options and resulted in a lot of tears, the restaurant was in no way helpful, apologetic and minimized the fat portion of...

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Dundalk. Their chicken curry is amazing. I love their portion sizes and prices. The service is fast and super friendly. Can sit where ever you want. The staff at the Europa never rush you. They always make you feel welcomed and at home. Note: if you’re getting the chicken curry, you don’t need extra sauce. It comes with allot of sauce already. Which is delicious. It’s the perfect combination. Not too spicy and not too bland. Chicken is cooked to perfection. I look forward to eating...
