Unfortunately I had a terrible experience here this afternoon. I had heard good reviews, and a group of us stopped by to grab lunch on the way home. We waited 40 minutes for food before asking a member of staff if there was any sign of it… the staff member told us that there was a big delay all over as they were so busy, meanwhile we saw a table that sat down at the same time as us walking out after having eaten and finished, and another table who arrived 20 minutes after us getting their full meals before us. I am totally empathetic to issues with tickets/kitchen errors/whatever the issue having worked in hospitality myself.. but it was clear that there wasn’t a delay anywhere else in the restaurant and it was a loose excuse. After then calling on a manager 50 minutes after ordering, she ensured it was ‘just ready’… after another few minutes the food came down, with one of the orders being incorrect, and nobody further checking to see if everything was okay during the meal or clearing the plates after. We were charged full price for all of our meals after an hour wait. I was extremely disappointed by the way that the staff dealt with the extreme delay, some clear communication could have easily rectified the situation. I wouldn’t be...

As a certified food critic, I simply cannot hold back my thoughts on this restaurant. Let me break it down for you. First, the food—why were my fries half cooked, Mr. Rocksalt? And the quesadilla… well, let’s just say it wasn’t exactly “quesadilla-ing” as it should. The highlight of my plate, however, was the mayo. HIGH KEY. The mayo was the true MVP here.

Now, the service—unimaginably amazing. The staff was patient, kind, and super accommodating, even though we were a big, rowdy group. Seriously, props to them.

Would I go back to this restaurant? Maybe. But honestly, the company I was with made all the difference. Great friends can easily make up for mediocre food, and I was lucky enough to be surrounded by some awesome people. In the end, it’s all about the company.

Thanks for tuning in, ladies and gentlemen Until next...

Well.. this little Canadian is happy!

My partner and I visited this location twice. Once for breakfast and then I did by myself. I had a simply chillie sausage role. Then I had one of the most delicious salads for lunch. The combinations of everything together was just perfect.

The reason why I’m leaving this review is not only because of the food but because the customer service is amazing. When we came in for breakfast we were treated so nicely. Then when I came in for lunch I was really scared to try a salad due to my severe allergy to nuts and chia seeds. Well the staff went over and beyond to double check and reassure there would be no nuts or seeds. Well I’m alive and very happy! Thank you for an...

We had been told about this place but never got the chance to go till today and how sad I am that we didn't get there sooner!!! We were greeted by very welcoming staff who scrambled around us like we were VIP's, helping with the buggy down the stairs and having the baby seat when we got there. We got coffee and teas to start and then we tried the famous pancakes and boy they didn't disappoint! There are a lot of restaurants that could learn a thing or two about how to cook and serving them. And for once we weren't charged an arm and a leg for the pleasure either. Really looking forward to going back already. Keep it up as you are and you'll always be in business.

Good place for quick lunch. Reuben and Smash Avocado very tasty. Just fries were awful - very pale and not crispy. They had taste of... seafood. Probably were fried at the same oil as tempura seafood or something like this. blah. I hope that it's not common because sandwiches were brilliant. We were surprised that Guinness wasn't available (placed in the menu) - can't believe that it can happen in Irish restaurant :D :D only plain untasty beers left....
