Ordered food this evening Quarter Pounder Burger meal chips and curry was really good but burger meat was old when was taking out of box could feel some smell weird decided to try as I was starving and thought maybe just some sauce but meat in burger was dry and smelly, was not even that annoyed just wanted my dinner I called to Mullens nice girl answered phone and sorted out they offered me free burger I got chicken burger what’s is good. I asked girl do you want me to keep old burger so you can show to chef what answer was no we don’t need that. Women arrived some 20 minutes later with my chicken burger and did not say even sorry or anything just asked for old burger what I was told over the phone they don’t need it, she even opened box of old burger to check or all it’s there🤣 did not say Bye or thank you very poor service from women who arrived here. Delivery driver who came first very pleasant and girl over the phone to keep up with staff like that Mullens. Everyone makes mistakes and I would not put a bad review only doing because of women who arrived here and it had no any manners and asking me old burger when it could be on bin because I were told they don’t need it!!!!! Hi Mullens. Ordered food for delivery & spoke with a lovely female employee on the phone at 5.48pm. She kindly advised me of how busy that you were & food would take an hour to deliver. Didn't mind at all. Food arrived 1 hour & 20 minutes later. No problem even though we were famished. Problem started when we went to eat our meals. Onion ring slice coating stuck to the bag solid. Came away from the onion slice completely & dripping in grease that there was a grease puddle in the bag. Curry chips with cheese & garlic sauce, well yes there was the cheese & garlic sauce but only about 5 chips managed to see a miniscule bit of curry sauce. No point in giving an essay type description of the rest of the food. Mind you my daughter said that her bag of chips were nice. At least one family member got fed. Burger Day Failure! Mullens was on the radio this morning saying all their takeaways were joining in with 100s of others in giving away a free burger with every burger purchased. The website shows all sorts of different burgers and the sign says buy one burger, get one free. So we drove out to Blackrock and the place was closed. Went into Roden Pl, and they tell us when we try to order thats its only plain quarter pounders in the offer. We both order and when we get back to work my colleague only has one burger. Wouldnt be the worst if they were good burgers, but they werent. Swimming in mayonnaise, no cheese, no tomato. You're supposed to be inticing people into buying burgers who normally don't. This would put me off burgers if I didnt know there were better places around. Fail of...
