Apache Pizza Waterford — Restaurant in Waterford

I will not be ordering from Apache Waterford again. The wrong order was delivered, which is bad enough. However, the driver went back to get our correct order, which I naïvely assumed would have been cooked freshly again, but I was wrong. The driver then brought us our order, an hour and a half after the order had first been placed and it was, needless to say, stone cold. To top it off, one of the chicken dippers had quite clearly been handled/eaten by someone else, as there was a half a chicken dipper in the box. The chicken wings I ordered had been opened and half closed. Apart from anything this is a serious food hygiene issue and the fact that anyone in Apache thinks that that is acceptable is worrying. The driver did apologize, but there was no offer of a discount, free beverage etc. after all that inconvenience. Given that they were very quick to phone me to ask for an additional delivery fee, the fact that no one bothered to contact us to apologize for the mix up and the disgraceful delivery of pre-opened (and I suspect consumed) food says it all really. I will never purchase from this...

Staff was rude and gave me dirty looks from the second I walked in the door. Stared at me as if I was an alien (FYI I looked presentable so there was no reason for me to be stared or judged) I then still proceeded to order a pizza. I was not impressed with their service. First of all, they had a deal/offer advertised on their window, I then tried to order that deal/offer which they then told me a higher price than advertised on the front window. I then brought up the advertisement and they told me that the deal no longer is available, EVEN THOUGH IT SAID IT WAS. I was fuming. I still proceeded to order a pizza and when I received it I was not impressed. The pizza was below average and specifically the sauce tasted like its been in the fridge for over 3 years. ordered food for delivery and was paying by cash. delivery driver got lost trying to find my house and when given directions still couldn’t find the house. he eventually found the house and when he did myself and my dad were at the door. he was given a €50 note as we had no other change. the man had no change in his pocket so requested that i (25yr female) walk with him to his car (even though he could have driven to my house) in order to get the change. i refused to do this and he ended up giving the money back to us and then went back to his car himself. he then drove down the back of my house to give us our change. not happy with the service at all as our food was almost cold by the time we got it and the service from the delivery driver...
