Jarrz — Restaurant in Waterford

Had an amazing experience tonight at Jarrz. It was a game night and it was also my friend's birthday and the staff were so accommodating. In particular Joe and Alex were very nice and went above and beyond to help us out. When we first came in Alex came over to use and talked us through the game night.We gave a cake to behind the counter and Alex really went above and beyond for us, they gave candles and played the happy birthday song. We played a round of mario kart and Joe was so kind showing us what to do and talking about the game with us. When we ordered shots Joe recommended his favourite ones and helped us with the different options for tequila shots. He then gave us a complimentary shot for the birthday girl. Alex was very friendly and said happy birthday to my friend every time she passed. Absolutely brilliant bar. We went there with a stag as part of a package and finger food was included, best chicken goujans you'll ever have. Fantastic choice of beer on tap that you pour yourself (staff are quick to help if need be) excellent cocktails.

Entertainment is top notch, plenty of screens around with different kinds of sport on, and I'm sure if they aren't showing what you want they'd throw it on. Music is very good and not too loud that you can't have a conversation

But the best part was just how friendly the staff were, the owners greet everyone and explain how the card system works to pay for the self service beer.

We had my sons 21st birthday there last night, Suzanne and Phillip met me a month or so prior to show me around, Suzanne sorted the arrangements for food and DJ we just had to show up! Absolutely exceptional service on the night, from Suzanne greeting all our family and friends, giving them the option to pulling their own pints, to table service from Joe and Jordan with amazing cocktails from Alex!
