Just had the worst experience with my family here. Never have we met a rude and unprofessional waitress in a restaurant. The Hospitality was given a toss to the customer, since we booked a table for 2 (me and my wife) and didnāt mentioned about my 3 yr old child. Such a grave mistake that we felt we would have been treated better in prison. The whole place was empty at around 4:20 pm except for one table which was occupied. The whole place was a barren land otherwise ā¦which makes it no justification of the rude behaviour. From reading other reviews of the same kind of behaviour experienced by other Customers, the owner of this place doesn't even have the courtesy to respect the negative reviews written., instead calling them as āliesā. Its gonna be the same here as well. I wouldn't care to spend my precious time to write this piece of review hereā¦. But I had to warn others that your peaceful day would get ruined by such hospitality.
Reply to owner: As predicted the āLong Articleā reply from the Owner below say it all⦠āsmilesā for the preferred category⦠and āfrownsā for the others. Your waitress has all the right to ask questions⦠but in polite manner- Basics of Hospitality. By the way we were shown to a couch seat rather than a 2 chair table so your statement that we were not happy with the new place is irrelevant. All that had to be done by your staff was to give a high chair for my 3 yr old ā¦. Or was all the High chairs booked after 5 pm as well?
We left the place coz we wouldnāt want to eat from a person who serves with grudge and grumpiness and treat the customers...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreParty of 4 adults and 1 child. We dined here 2 weeks ago and Iāve been meaning to write a review. We usually get takeaway from here as itās the best of a bad bunch in Waterford. This time someone suggested we dine in the restaurant; I was hesitant, as I am with most restaurants in Waterford. Iām anxious how Waterford restaurants will charge for subpar food. However, this day Peppers achieved excellence! It was honestly one of the best meals Iāve ever had in a restaurant. Our dining party members are no strangers to Indian cuisine and, in our collective opinion, this was exceptional. Some at the table complained about the wait time, but they had other engagements so they donāt count lol I thought the wait times were perfect. Allowed for chat and starter to settle. Upon tasting the food I realised where that time went. The chef put time and love into the food. Service was very good too. Bring your own wine is a nice touch. Iām looking forward to going back again. Btw the child in our group is a fussy eater and he ordered chicken nuggets and chips - so embarrassing - although Peppers obliged...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy 1st time going and last time š¬ Korma was lovely, staff were nice, nan was terrible and had buckets of coconut inside and the bread was hard . We booked a table for 5.10, we arrived at that time, it took 30 minutes to get starters for 4 people (ther was only 2 tables occupied in the place and the other table already had there food so shouldnt have taken long at all). What was worse was waiting a further hour or so on the actual main course (now i know why they let people bring drink in, youd need it for all the waiting). I was supposed to be at my neices part at 6.30 , we didnt get out of the restaurant till 7.30 , the whole night was ruined by the delay, i had alot of appologising to do to my neice, and i was late collecting her friend for the party aswel, and they had 30 minutes left of the party as they had school the next morning. I wouldnt ever go to peppers again because of the waiting around, never had to wait that long for food before in my 40 years . I see that im not the only 1 that has said that food takes years to cook here in an almost empty restaurant every...
