My 2 years old daughter and I have a tradition of visiting coffee shops once in 2 weeks, for hot chocolate and a snack. I’ve been to many places- but I’ve never enjoyed a place as much as I’ve enjoyed Caffee Gan Sipur in Jerusalem. The place is extremely clean and extremely child friendly. Once we arrived- my daughter received a small gift at the entrance - which made her very happy. They have a designated place for a stroller so that it won’t interrupt those sitting inside. My daughter received a special menu for kids with a game inside and they brought her a chair- which was really clean in comparison to other places. The food we’ve ordered came fast, was extremely delicious and also very healthy (small Salamon sticks and vegetables for the 2 years old which she loved- although she is not a big fan of fish). At a certain point, when the waitress noticed that my daughter finished eating and started moving around- preventing us from keep eating- she just approached and asked our permit for taking her around the restaurant and showing her what she does. My daughter was thrilled to feel as if she is helping her type the new orders from other tables into the computer and was happy to wonder around, supervised, while we finished eating peacefully. In short- an extremely positive experience and I wish such a service would have existed throughout the entire country. I...

They prepared dishes of topmost quality for us. We ordered different dishes and they were all perfect and more. The service also was wonderful. To our surprise, we were given a free dessert, as compensation for a waitress's error, which we even did not notice. The place was full, there was not a single place free. We had to make an online reservation. Specialties: "Gan Sipur Café" means: "Garden, Story, Coffee". It is located in Sacher Park in the center of Jerusalem. Within, there are shelves with books, not just decoration. One may take a book to read while sipping a drink. The glassware is decorated with poetry. Highly...
Very cute place! A beautiful location in Gan Saccer park with great food. Very convenient and easily accessible location. Amazing setup for kids, sweet little kid menu and activity booklets for them, very convenient. One issue we had was because we were more than 4 people, they did not have outdoor seating for us (unfortunately some of the room outside was a smoking area) and we had to sit inside. The wait for the food was slightly long and the place was VERY busy, but we had a nice table in a corner and once the food came it was with the wait. Nothing exotic but what they did have was very good. The desserts especially were absolutely AMAZING, truly recommended. Nice place to go if you're spending time downtown or at the bird...
