The worst service we’ve experienced in Tel Aviv . After waiting nearly 2 hours since we were seated without getting food , they didn’t even apologize for their mistakes and wouldn’t let us talk to management or owners. They brushed off the responsibilities and blamed us for not communicating ( bugging them ) enough about the delays in the food .
Rude people work here . Not a pleasant experience especially if you’re European or American and accustomed to good service .
I read the response of management . Firstly we wrote this to share fairly with other customers not to obtain anything . And after waiting for so long there is no excuse for not receiving any of the items we ordered . The hamburger issue was extremely strange but has nothing to do with the drinks ordered and 5 other food items. Nothing was provided to us for nearly two hours , not even the drinks until we had loud and uncomfortable confrontation with the staff .
If you are the owner , you should know this could’ve been avoided , as we requested to speak with the owner once we were unsatisfied with the service and responses of staff and we were denied access completely .
In fairness , I will share that at the end of the meal after the bill was given to us , we were provided a dessert on the house which tasted good and left a bit of sweetness after a bad experience . We left a tip and parted nicely . But we note this gift was given only after the review was written ( and of course we didn’t write the review for this reason ) and we do urge you to treat customers with highest consideration - they deserve it.
Thank you for your response. Good...
Read moreAn abomination of a place. The service was hideous on all levels. They don’t let you sit at any of the good tables because they say they are reserved - but they were empty the entire time they were there. Any place should make the effort to give their guests the best seats. The whole place was empty and they wouldn’t let us sit where we wanted to. The hostess has a terrible attitude and kept moving us around. They play really tacky techno music most of the time, which is not the vibe for a relaxing time on the beach. The sushi arrived, it’s is very expensive for a small amount but tasted ok. Lots of single use plastic though. We tried to move to a table to get closer to the water and they told us we would have to close our tab and open a new one and spend a minimum 60 shekels more. The tables and chairs are dirty and the cushions are covered in human hair. I think they attract people who have no taste and don’t care about getting ripped off. It’s a shame to have another place on Tel Aviv beach that rips you off and gives horrible service. At the end we decided to only tip 10 shekels (we would have preferred to tip nothing for not enjoying ourselves) and one of the waiters asked us to not come back and doesn’t want to see us ever again for not giving a tip. It’s not worth it. Do not go here. It’s cheap and tacky and...
Read moreLike most beach restaurants in Israel, the service here is atrocious. If you’re not Israeli and don’t know Hebrew, the waiters will take at least 30 minutes to approach you with a menu, let alone take your order. Add another 30 minutes to get your food and you’re wondering why you ever came here in the first place.
The food is low quality, though edible, but you’re paying TOP dollar. Only item I can truly recommend was the french fries.
The atmosphere, though on the beach, is loud and not relaxing in the slightest. Most days, they turn the place into a “club” style and blast loud DJ music while a few young patrons pop bottles at tables.
I live right near here and since my first experience eating here, I’ve yet to return as I see it continue to be the same way on a daily basis.
Find another beach restaurant or just eat at a...
