Micha's hummus — Restaurant in Tel-Aviv

Micha's Hummus has the best hummus and service! My colleagues and I came here because it was highly reviewed on TripAdvisor and other websites. When we arrived we learned the restaurant was closed, so we asked if we could order hummus to go. Next thing we know, the owner RE-OPENED his restaurant just for us! We ordered shakshuka hummus, mushroom hummus, and eggplant hummus. All 3 came with various small sides like olives, beets, and some pickled vegetables. Plus hot and FRESHLY MADE pitas. I stopped here on my long walk back from the port. And I was amazed with the food here. It's a small unassuming restaurant with a few tables inside and more on the street.

I had never tried shakshuka before and didn't really think it sounded great, but the owner insisted I try. I had the hummushuka and salad. It was unbelievably good! I ate everything! And wish I had tried this before my last day in Israel. Would go out of my way to go back if I found myself back...

It is always difficult to finish a hummus since beans make me feel full so quickly. But this restraint is Really good! Good food and very good price. The owner is very nice and friendly. This kind of restaurants make the life in neighborhood better!!
