Fat Cow — Restaurant in Tel-Aviv

The food was excellent but I'm not going back there. The only viable option is to order via Wolt or similar. The hostess wrote down the wrong name completely (they don't write phone numbers). As a result instead of waiting 20-30 minutes for a spot we waited for an hour while checking every 10-15 minutes with her - she was just that level of oblivious and incompetent. We were with a stroller so we couldn't use any of the high tables but people that came after us sat, ordered, ate, and left and we just entered. No baby seats, unless your stroller is high enough to be at a table as a seat, don't bother. It took them about 30 minutes to bring food (the table next to us was over 50) it's a BURGER and the place isn't big enough to have an actual load on the kitchen- this is all fast food. While we were waiting, Wolt(delivery) orders kept going out one after another. Very clear priorities.

Taste was very good, but really don't bother with physically...

The pulled shortrib sandwich had a lot of potential for being a killer dish had it not contained a TON of cilantro--- stems included---that was the dominant flavor. It's a shame the waiter didn't warn me about this. The bites I had with primarily beef and fried onions were awesome, if only there were more of them. The deconstructed sloppy joe-like sandwich was too heavily spiced for me to even feel this was a meat and cheese based dish. All I could taste was spicy mustard. The brioche-style buns with both sandwiches were great. The chicken nuggets that we got were decent but unfortunately were left in fryer a little too long and thus their coating was much too dark and overall they should have been less dry. Service was very friendly if a bit slow. These guys are making a killing with Wolt deliveries, I noticed that most of the kitchen output was take aways: Maybe those are better than the food served in...

We came here with a friend who was visiting from the states as we heard good things about the food. We were a group of 7 and simply wanted to eat a dinner together at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the marachet said that we are too many people for her restaurant and we had to order take away and find somewhere else to sit and eat the food...

We ordered take away and during the 50 min that it took waiting for the food, a massive table opened up. So, I asked the marachet if we could sit there. She said no.

I told her we didn't even get the food yet and we can just change it from TA to sitting inside. She said "no, those are the rules".

We easily just spent over 800 shekel at this restaurant and we had to sit and eat it elsewhere, while there was a perfectly open table at the restaurant.

Never experienced such disgraceful customer service....
