Shmuel is the best Kebab in Tel Aviv from my experience. Its flagship kebab dish is extremely tasty, better in a Pita with loads of tehina, and if you can handle it, a sprinkle of his fried chillies on the side to add to each and every bite. Service is super nice, great atmosphere and good music. If you want to enjoy the place on a classic Friday noon Shuk Hacarmel event, better come before 1pm when it gets quite busy.. Historically Shmuel was a basta in the market, about 5 meters from the current location of the "restaurant".
