Ieri sera con un gruppo di amici siamo andati per un'apericena presso Le caveau, ho apprezzato molto l’atmosfera, tavoli all'aperto, personale accogliente, qualificato pronto a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente, servizio eccellente. Nel giro di pochi minuti sono arrivati dei mega taglieri ricchi di ogni prelibatezza, a parte dei piccoli taglieri con delle focacce squisitissime. Locale consigliatissimo, ma ciò che mi ha entusiasmato ancora di più è stato a fine cena, per i tavoli si aggirava il personale ed ho chiesto un'amaro, ebbene non sapevo che era il titolare ed è stato lui a portarmelo. Questo fa molto la differenza in qualsiasi ambito lavorativo, quando il titolare si mette alla pari dei suoi dipendenti crea sinergia e la squadra diventa vincente.
