Un vero gioiello nascosto nel cuore di Agrigento! L’Osteria Carisi si trova lungo una suggestiva scalinata in via Atenea, il salotto pulsante del centro storico. La posizione già di per sé è affascinante, ma è una volta seduti che si scopre la vera magia del posto.

La cucina è un’esplosione di sapori autentici, con piatti che omaggiano la tradizione siciliana ma con un tocco di creatività. Ogni portata è curata nei minimi dettagli, dagli antipasti ricchi di prodotti locali freschissimi, ai primi saporiti e abbondanti, fino ai dolci che chiudono l’esperienza in bellezza.

Il personale è accogliente, attento e cordiale, rendendo l’atmosfera calda e familiare. Si percepisce la passione in ogni gesto, in ogni parola, in ogni piatto servito.

Un dettaglio che rende l’esperienza ancora più promettente: presto sarà attivo anche il servizio take away con Deliveroo! Una notizia fantastica per chi vorrà gustare le delizie dell’Osteria Carisi anche a casa o in ufficio.

We visited after seeing the temples with two hot kids. The greeting was warm and the owner is extremely kind, knowledgeable and speaks fantastic English! We had the almond pesto pasta, the tuna and the the tuna pasta dishes and all were fresh and delicious. We really really enjoyed our meal, it was simple fresh and un-fussy in the best way...

This restaurant has excellent food, excellent service, and a wonderful all around experience. Coming from someone who has a restaurant this place deserves its 5 star rating all around. The owner was the kindest man and made sure everything and everyone was more than satisfactory. We will be coming back here on our next...
