I came here after seeing all the glowing reviews and high ratings, and we even walked uphill for about 10 minutes in the sun from our accommodation to try it. It definitely feels like a local spot, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with what we tried. The cannolo had a very hard and dry shell, and the ricotta filling was overly sweet and didnât taste very fresh. I also tried a pastry that I thought would be a ricotta cornetto, but it turned out to be more of a lemony, cookie-like dough with barely any filling â not my taste at all. We also shared a sandwich, which was again on the dry side.
The cappuccino was fine but nothing special. Perhaps the cakes or ice cream are better, but based on what we had, I wouldnât personally recommend it. There are definitely places with fresher...

The cappuccino was great, but then I bit into the cannoli, and this is certainly the best cannoli Iâve ever had in my life. You donât see them on display because they keep the materials in the back to prepare it fresh when you order. The shell is crisp and flaky, not greasy at all.
