trEmme — Restaurant in Alberobello

Well we sat down and were welcomed with the words «are you eating » from an olive skinned curly haired woman, we said yes and sat down she stood behind us not even looking towards our table, 10minutes passed and she didnt bring us menus, the restaurant was not busy there were just 2 other tables, there was trash at our table and she passed by it at least 3 times, looked at it but said nothing, after asking her to pick it up she said yes, but didnt. Over all bad manners and mean feelings. The kitchen was closed so we ordered pizza: philadephia, quatro formagi, margharita and cotto. The margharita was flavourless and the other ones were so so. Cute little restaurant in the centre of Alberobello. Fantastic quality/price ratio, one of the best meals I had in Puglia. “Menù tipico” offer recommended as for the €22 you’ll get the first and second courses, side dish and glass of local wine or water. 🍷 Our waiter was Francesco, super friendly and welcoming, great service! Very nice place with tasty food and good prices. After we've visited the beautiful trulli site village and we got hungry and tired, we choose this restaurant that was beyond our expectation. Very good pizza, excellent pork meat with rucolla and tomatoes, tasteful chicken in white sause and delicious steak. I recommend this place, it's turistic but they pay respect...
