Firstly, I was a little cautious by some of the reviews, but the town was so busy, it was our only choice. And I have to say, the pizzas were FANTASTIC. I saw a few reviews haven't liked them, but my kids absolutely loved theirs, which ticks the family box for me as a tourist. I had a gluten free pizza and it was probably one of the best gluten free pizzas I have ever had, and I would absolutely come back again, as well recommend to any friends. Like any restaurant all the prices you can see on the menu before you enter, choose if they suit your budget. Most places were more expensive from my quick look. Yes there is a €2.50 per person cover charge (not a fan of these, but I'm hoping that goes to staff for a tip). The prices were fine for PIZZA at under €10 for the most expensive. Read moreWe reserved a table for two for the outside area earlier that day. We arrived at 8pm and were promptly seated. The service was swift and friendly, had lovely chit chat with waiters throughout the evening, even though they were busy. The pizzas and bottle of wine were great. Atmosfere had a great buzz, being outside, and we witnessed customets waiting for table being served drinks while waiting.
Although in a tourist hot-spot, the food and service felt authentic.
Must try the herb amaro.

Obviously a tourist trap but what do you expect considering you are at the tourist Hotspot of the entire region. Certainly not the greatest pizza and for sure not one of the cheaper ones. If a pizza is being offered at lunch time, it mostly is to accommodate the tourists who want that. Authentic Italian pizza is only offered at night as the wood fired oven is only turned on at night.
