I’m writing this as constructive criticism, and I genuinely hope it’s received that way. We’re tourists who have eaten at several restaurants across Italy, and we were really looking forward to trying your pasta. For a place that focuses exclusively on pasta, we expected the dishes to be more flavorful. A bit more garlic and a touch of salt could have made a big difference. The best place I’ve eaten! The food is amazing, delicious and fresh. The dishes are creative yet totally local in flavors and ingredients. The presentation is truly top notch. This year, I’ve eaten in Milan, Rome and Ischia. This was truly the best. The atmosphere was wonderful and the owners were fantastic. Had the most amazing experience in this restaurant! It was hands down the best meal I’ve had in Italy over the course of two weeks. The host was charming, polite and extremely helpful. He made myself and my partner feel very welcome even though we had very little Italian. We were provided with a complimentary starter and the host also made us absolutely fantastic limoncello (also complimentary). The pasta we had for main course was absolutely delicious. And finally the dessert, it’s was the best chocolate mousse and tiramisu we’ve ever tasted!!! Please just visit this restaurant to see for yourself....
