Absolutely outstanding first experience and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible server, Nadia. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome with her warm smile and friendly attitude. She speaks excellent English, which made communication seamless and added to the overall comfort of our visit. As most places are all Italian.

Nadia was not only professional and attentive, but also genuinely personable. She checked in just the right amount, made great menu suggestions, and handled everything with ease and grace.

Amazing Gluten-Free Sushi in Alghero - Great quality sushi, completely gluten-free! This was one of my best experiences eating gluten-free sushi — most places risk cross-contamination or offer very few options, but here I could enjoy a wide variety without worry. It’s also very reasonably priced considering the high-quality fish. We were two people and spent about €80 for dinner, which included the “Sushi Experience” (€39), two drinks (water), some extra rolls, starters, and even mochi for dessert!

You must try the tempura, which they can make gluten-free with zero contamination. Everything tasted amazing, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone with coeliac disease, EoE, or similar dietary needs , it’s an absolute must-visit!

Personale scortese e svogliato, cibo decente ma prezzi alla carta totalmente ingiustificati visto che la qualità non è superiore a quella di altri ristoranti nella città che fanno all you can eat. Aggiungo anche tempi di attesa decisamente poco normali ma capisco che con poco personale non ci si possa far nulla però l'ordine ci è stato richiesto altre due volte. Chiudere bottega, cambiare mestiere se non si ha voglia e lasciare spazio a chi ha voglia di lavorare e imparare dato che non sono aperti da poco, oltre l'esperienza, le risposte sotto le altre recensioni mostrano un proprietario ben poco capace di fare ristorazione e trattare coi clienti

Dopo la risposta ovviamente coi soliti modi superbi del proprietario confermo quanto detto sopra ma ci tengo a precisare che quella dei caschi è una bugia e anche se fosse un tavolo che di base sta già all'aperto sulla strada pretendere che non si graffi o sporchi dato che vola sempre sabbia è ridicolo. Ridicolo anche come senza conoscermi il proprietario abbia già deciso che non ho mai fatto questo lavoro quando invece l'ho fatto e anche discretamente meglio, o perlomeno non mi è mai capitato di far aspettare persone anche mezz'ora col locale vuoto e richiedergli due volte l'ordine perché, boh, si è misteriosamente smarrito dopo già 15 minuti di attesa, oltretutto a differenza dei miei cari ex arroganti concittadini algheresi ho messo il naso fuori casa anche all'estero nonostante la "giovane" età e ho lavorato in posti dove professionalità e qualità del servizio erano a livelli che in tutta la città (a maggior ragione Coral Sushi) neanche possono immaginare.
