Ordered slow cooked beef, the meet came out and looking medium to well done (obviously not slowcooked as the meet wasn't fully cooked, and it gets worse) 80% was full of fat. I tried to cut through the meat and I couldn't get my knife through it, it was like rubber. I told the waitress that it's uneatable and it's full off fat and my knife can't even get through it which means it's not slow cooked like it said it was. The waitress takes the plate back to the kitchen and returns with the meat cut up in to small pieces like you serve a child. I again told her that I can't eat it and I refuse to pay €22 for something I can't eat. She said I could swap for something else on the menu but it was only seafood, I told her that I don't eat seafood so she offered me pasta with cheese. I again said no so she offered me white pasta with oil I'm sorry what ?! I told her I wasn't going to pay for the dish that I ordered and she said ok with no drama which was good. My friend ordered pasta with prawns, the waitress asked my friend if she wanted her prawns cooked or uncooked. What sort of question is that?! Who would eat prawns raw?! Anyhow she said cooked and her dish came out looking pretty, she got 4 prawns in her dish, yes your heard right! 4 small tiny little prawns! She didn't like the taste of the food and afterwards she got unwell feeling sick. The only good thing about this place is the view and the fact that the poor waitress tried her best to accommodate my needs although there were not good enough...
Read moreBit quite but still start of season and we were there before 7pm. Wait staff were friendly enough. Nice view of ocean and sand...But parts of the beach have a smell of rotting seaweed and unfortunately at the time this place had it too......Anyway the real issue was the food was terrible, maybe it's made off site and brought in as it was so cold, still it came out quick(unfortunately)...mine wouldn't actual be that bad if it was warm but my wife's pasta lived with me long after dinner, at the top of my throat truly awful and I only had the end of it....my wife felt sick, it was just too rich, too creamy and too awful tasting...I pray I never taste the pasta again. In saying that we ate it all, I wish I hadn't tough, might as well be honest....don't eat here, just have a lovely drink and enjoy the view...oh ya there was a charge to sit outside, which is fine but maybe tell people before you charge it, think it was 6 euro each, bit of a joke...god that...
