A very nice pizza, and a dreadful service. I went there at 6:30pm (which according to their Google services is when they open in the evening) to order 4 metres of pizza for 8:30. I was welcomed by a staff member who suggested to take a menu and phone back. I then phoned back at 8 and was told that ordering on the phone was "impossible" as I "could have ordered pizzas and subsequently failed to show up". According to them we should go, order pizzas there and wait while they were baking them. Since my partner insisted that we get pizza from them, and our guests were already showing up at home, we went in anyway to buy pizzas. Nicely placed close to the seaside outside the city center (in Lido di Alghero) this resteaurant-pizzeria offers pizza-al-metro (in 1/2 or 1 meter sizes). People can choose 3-4 different pizza types to get in 1 meter and can share. In summer it is absoulitely advisable to book to avoid long waits. Recently they started offering gluten free pizza but this is done using a commercial pizza base. My wife had to eat this but the result was a super crusty pizza (so too cooked and dried out) and felt a little sick afterwards likely due to some weak gluten contamination. If it was for the regular pizza and the quality of the waiters/waitresses I would have given 3 stars but given the above...

Got the half meter "seasoned beef with rocket" pizza. it was extremely salty and only ate about half of it (and not because I was full). The beef I was expecting was more like a shredded beef, but instead was very thin slices of cured beef. Girlfriend got the raviolli. Verrrry poorly plated. literally was some raviolli with tomato sauce on it with no garnish etc. looked like something youd slop out of a can......for €11..... and then the mandatory 10% service charge added...for what little service there was. maybe your experience will be better,...
