M Cafe Bistrot & Pizza — Restaurant in Alghero

Edit per inserire la risposta a M Cafe Bistrot: Potete dubitare quanto volete, ma è andata esattamente così. Nel locale erano presenti una cameriera + una signora e un ragazzo dietro al bancone. Li ho beccati tutti e 3 nel giorno peggiore della loro esistenza? Può essere. Ma intanto la mia esperienza è questa, risata in faccia compresa. La questione non sono i 6 Euro in sé ma, come già spiegato, il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Coppa di dimensioni ristrette e gelato che, artigianale o no, non era nulla di speciale. Riguardo alla frutta fresca, ho ribadito in più occasioni che la frutta... Non c'era :D (Le leggete con attenzione le recensioni negative, o vi precipitate a rispondere senza rifletterci troppo?) E, come già detto, il problema non è la dimenticanza in sé, ma l'arroganza che ne è conseguita. Passo e chiudo.

Premetto che si salvano, per me personalmente, il caffè al pistacchio e la "sorpresa" della panna montata insieme con la crostata. Quindi... Perché 2 stelle? Intanto, per il pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo delle coppe di gelato. 6 Euro per una coppa piuttosto piccola con gelato neppure così speciale. Ma è da segnalare, in particolare, la scortesia del personale! Mia madre aveva ordinato una coppa che, in teoria, comprendeva anche pezzetti di ananas. Si ritrova solo il gelato! Segnala alla cameriera e lei spiega che si sono confusi. E ok, siamo umani, può capitare. Ma, almeno... Abbi la dignità di scusarti con garbo e rimediare! (Poteva, per esempio, portare un caffè/un dolcetto ecc. in più, oppure offrire un minimo di sconto) Invece no. Dice, quasi RIDENDOCI IN FACCIA, che l'ananas è terminata, il collega andrà a comprarla (al limite, l'avra comprata per i prossimi clienti e non per noi :D). No comment. Quando mio padre va a pagare, risegnala la questione e per tutta risposta gli è detto "Vi daremo di più la prossima volta!"... E certooo, contateci eccome che torneremo! Per completare il tutto, all'interno l'aria condizionata si sentiva relativamente. Onestamente, non capisco come e perché ci siano tante recensioni positive. The service is very poor. Unfriendly, slow, uninterested. We ordered our food and the drinks came at least after a while of waiting. With the food we were waiting 45 minutes with a kid. No feedback… nothing. When we were asking what is with the food we just heard it was a mistake in the kitchen. After that we were again waiting for 10 minutes and then the waitress informed us that we will receive it in another 10 minutes. Amazing view and location, but very poor service. After 1 hour, we were still waiting for our dinner, and took them more than 20 minutes to take our order. I must say that the restaurant wasn't busy, because most of the people that were in the restaurant had already ordered. Additionally, they came to take the plates of the starter and asked if we wanted a digestive, which does not make any sense because we were waiting for the main course.
