Ristorante Fior D'acqua — Restaurant in Alzachèna/Arzachena

Rating this as a fine dinning restaurant it does not deserve more than average rating. The food is far from being top rated, the quantities as you might expect in fine dinning are quite small, but generally it compensates with excepcional taste and presentation, this is not the case, the taste is to the level of a good restaurant, but not excepcional as one might expect for the price tag. The presentation is average although there are some exceptions. Lastly, the service is stiff and distant, bordering rudeness, the youngest of the family felt very uncomfortable with the looks and attitude of the "maitre" and kept asking if there was something wrong, from friendly to rude there is a distance, throwing the menus with violence, strong attitude, whispering between them... Solid and good food, but for the same price tag you have better options in town, Confusion, Cibó or Pedri Garden...

My friends and I were excited to try this restaurant; unfortunately, our experience was far from welcoming. Despite the restaurant being open for another two hours and having several empty tables, the owner turned us away. We were particularly disappointed by the owner's rudeness, especially considering the efforts of the wait staff to seat us. It left us feeling unwelcome and frankly, a bit confused. The ambience felt quite pretentious. This, coupled with the owner's behavior, left a negative impression. We were really looking forward to trying the food, but unfortunately, we won't be returning based on...

Ristorante Clipper Portocervo: what a disappointment !!! not for price or quality of food ..... but for the bad hospitality !!!! It's June, the place is half empty (??? Now I understand), I introduce myself with my wife and my loved ones Nick and Tracy (beautiful and well-used little dogs) ... Entering the first maid shepherd sees the "beasts" and immediately worries, the second waitress calls the third (the director) who directs us towards a sad and empty room asking for confirmation to the fourth (the owner) who confirms relegated position ..... Evidently they only have beasts for customers and don't like...
