I would say it's the best family restaurant in Anacapri, and I've tried quite a few. I've been visiting them since 2017, never disappointed me and survived covid. More than the food itself, it's the service and atmosphere of (that you don't get anywhere else on this touristy island). The fact that a lot of locals eat here, it means that my opinion is correct. Antipasti are to die for, fiori di zucca: light and fluffy... parmiggiana: top best 3 I've ever had in my life... grilled polpo maybe a little overcooked (but I will forgive them for that)... and cheesecake pistacchio: I have no words, out of this world! The chef knows what he's doing, traditional but with light modern touches, I was particularly impressed by pacheri con cinghiale. Wine guys also know what they are talking about, good recommendations and explanations. But more than that, if you are a tourist trying to advise them on how to make vegetarian lasagna... please go away, don't go there, you are spoiling my favorite place on this island. You...
Read moreThough the staff, location, and atmosphere is amazing, we were unfortunately disappointed with every dish we received and the price we paid for this meal. One bottle of wine, one appetizer, and 4 entrees was over 170 euros.
Nothing tasted fresh and in fact in their menu they state that a lot of their food is frozen…
The truffle risotto was terrible and cost 30 euros! No truffle flavor and the truffles were thick, tasted rubbery, and had zero flavor at all. The cacio e pepe also 30 euros, left a lot to be desired and the rabbit’s sauce just didn’t have enough flavor and didn’t taste fresh.
The pricing is just way too high for this level of quality and frankly, having 4.5 stars with this many reviews is deceptive.
Though we enjoyed our time together and the location and staff was great, the food was a complete disappointment, extremely overpriced and is the most important part of...

The food was tasty and good: the ricotta and lemon zest stuffed fried zucchini flowers were crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and just melted in the mouth. The scialatielli (type of pasta) with seafood were perfectly al dente, however, a bit heavy on the garlic. Whilst the rabbit was extremely tender and basically slipped of the bone, it would have been better to have a higher sauce to meat ratio, as there was a lot of meat for the small amount of sauce.
We were happily surprised when we were each offered a shot of limoncello on the house. Prices are high, however in line with the range...
