True Italian place, the restaurant does not dissapoint. The food is very good, so we had to come back. We tried the pizza, their typical pasta - spaghetti with shrimps, cherry tomato and some kind of zucchini -Wooow!!!! I absolutely loved the pizzas. We tried the white ones - Specialita and Quatro formaggi, and one with ham, mozzarella di buffalo and dried tomato. The desert was good, the panna cotta and tiramisu. It was just not on my taste the thing that they put chocolate siroup on the panna cota, and called it chocolate Pana Cotta. I was like - Really?? Another minus was the price of the beer - one small glass of beer was 5 euros, when the pizza and the pasta are like 6.50, 7 or 8 euros. Anyway, overall, it's a pluus! oh, and they are open until 2 AM !!! so we arrived late in the city, but mamaged to eat soemthing good! oh , forgot to mention, they have Tuesday and Thursday - Panzerrotti day!! it was different than other one that we had, it was very thin. Sorry, no photos of Panzerrotti, we just forgot. They looked to tasty ! :))

We're in Bari for 10 days and looking for a go-to Pizza place so we decided this one. Everything was wonderful until and my wife was almost done with her pizza and there was an ant in the pizza. I finished the pizza of course as I'm Canadian but showed the waiter the ant when our meal was finished. I received our bill but they didn't adjust such as take of the price of the water. Just a token of good faith. Anyway it didn't happen and we didn't complain. We still enjoyed our meal, the chips and the atmosphere but now we'll continue and look for another go-to pizza place we can visit multiple times during our stay. Such is life and such is business. I'll stay neutral on my recommendation.

i would go here only when i have some time to spare, want to spend less money and have a simple meal. This place is way overrated and crowded. the pizza was wet and not special. the pasta was very plain and tasteless. the shirmp in the pasta is low quality, the pasta is at the thinnest. you can feel that they did not put effort in choosing the ingredients. however main dishes were just about 5-8 euro. but we were waiting for very long. the restaurant is overcrowded and we dont know why people want to eat here that much. The ambience was very cozy and they have nice staff.

Thank you for a fantastic first meal in Apulia! I messaged ahead of time to enquire about celiac and allergies and the person responding was so kind and helpful - sometimes it's easy to forget how scary it is for people with allergies and the staff here were super respectful and kind. The gluten free pizza was great! As was the regular for my husband! We ordered takeaway to surprise my parents at the airport with too 😍 I hope we can return. I recommend to everyone and especially to not fear contacting if you have allergies. Grazie! Also, AMAZING prices.

Spaghetti all'assassina was born in Bari and in this restaurant you’ll eat it at its best, in a manner that will easily compete with the other leading restaurants serving this famous and delicious dish. In my humble view, this restaurant won the best place among those making this great dish. My appreciation to accommodating our order although we came late just minutes before closure. This is a great customer attention and welcoming. We’ll be back to repeat the great food experience, especially the burrata cheese. Thanks to the owner, chef and team.

We stopped here for dinner. Unfortunately we both had to order the same spaghetti dish and this seems a bit odd to me. Not sure why this is their policy, but it makes little sense. The spaghetti al nerano was tasty and we both enjoyed the dish, but we would have been more happy if we could have ordered different spaghetti recipes. Desert was also good, panna cotta and baba with vanilla cream. Service was overall friendly, though they seemed a bit overwhelmed. Good prices and many options to choose from.
