Kiki Fish & Poké — Restaurant in Bari

I was in a hurry, so I ordered takeaway onigiri, which I had been craving for a while. They have the best value-for-money raw salmon and tuna onigiri on the block (a brief walk from train station). When I opened my box they were already generously seasoned with teriyaki sauce and a sprinkle of tempura flakes, which was a welcome surprise. In the bag, I found two extra soy sauce packets, but I didn't use any because I liked the rice as it was: sticky yet not so gluey that it's hard to swallow, in short proper sushi rice, delectable! The fish was very flavourful as well, abundant. Overall I really enjoyed the food, it felt like a luxurious break. My only struggle involved the packaging: the onigiris weren't wrapped separately but loose in a plastic box, which is fine for eating at home but inconvenient if you're out and about. I didn't consider this so next time I will ask for chopsticks as well. The takeaway process was fast and reliable, I pre-ordered through the Just Eat app, so even though the restaurant was busy I ended up picking up my food as soon as I approached the counter. The waitress was rude, we were three and it wasn’t very crowded but they completely messed up our orders, we were the only table to which they served in paper plates because « they thought we were ordering a takeaway » but even after they made a mistake they didn’t bother to prepare again in normal glass bowls. At the end we called the waitress and she actually said « WAIT, I’M BUSY » I gave them the 2 stars because the food was delicious but the rest of the experience was very negative. I think the waitress should improve her skills and smile a bit more to her clients and maybe actually answer them. Many things...

LO SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE. Sono stata da Pretty Mama a Bari il 10 settembre 2021, verso le 14 insieme ad un'amica. Esperienza PESSIMA! Locale carino, ma il trattamento che abbiamo ricevuto è davvero imbarazzante: appena entrate ci siamo sedute all'interno e, nonostante non ci fosse nessun altro cliente oltre a noi, mi sono dovuta alzare per andare a chiamare la cameriera per poter ordinare. Abbiamo chiesto un matcha latte e uno smoothie (4.50 euro ciascuno). Dopo 2 minuti il matcha è arrivato in un bicchiere di plastica osceno, che nemmeno alla sagra di paese presentano una cosa del genere! Cioè io dico, visto il prezzo potevano per lo meno servirlo su un bicchiere di vetro o su una tazza. Poi il gusto era veramente terribile, sembrava andato a male. Per lo smoothie, invece, abbiamo dovuto attendere più di 20 MINUTI!! Ora, io immagino che la frutta fosse già pronta e bastasse frullarla, quindi tutto questo tempo di attesa proprio non me lo spiego. Inoltre, nel locale, a quel punto, eravamo noi e altre 3/4 persone. La cosa che più di tutte mi ha sconcertata è che ho contato ben 8 ragazz* del personale, OTTO. Come è possibile che con tutta questa gente abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di 20 minuti uno smoothie (tra l'altro pieno zeppo di ghiaccio e in quantità misera per il prezzo!) ??.
