In the past I was at this place and really liked it. This time I was disappointed cause the octopus I was dreaming about wasn’t good to chew on and even the rest of the food was ok but not worthy the price we did pay for it. The service wasn’t really on point, they didn’t pay enough attention and seemed to not really care about us. It was Friday night so understandable might be busy but would expect at least a decent service for the price they ask for.

Siamo venuti a cena il 15 agosto con tutta serenità ci prendono l'ordine ho ripetuto più e più volte che sono INCINTA e il prezzemolo a crudo non lo posso assumere,arrivano i primi antipasti,scordandosi del mio antipasto,( i moscardini in guazzetto)si sono (per modo di dire)scusati e giustificati dicendo che lavorano dalla mattina e sono stanchi .Finalmente arrivati (freddissimi da frigo e con sopra il prezzemolo ) Li chiamo per farli riportare indietro. Arrivano i primi (RISO PATATE E COZZE ) E (PASTA GAMBERI E ZUCCHINE) . Nel piatto del mio compagno (il riso) Le cozze che stavano nel piatto erano vuote trovandone si e no una sola e nel mio (la pasta) avevamo messo 1 -il prezzemolo ,2-pieni di panna,3-non erano gamberi ma gamberetti. Chiamando il cameriere per farglielo presente ci ha risposto in modo maleducato dicendo al mio compagno di SCAVARE che trovava le COZZE e a me che il prezzemolo lo metto in AUTOMATICO e di provare a TOGLIERLO DA SOLA mentre mangiavo.Quando un cliente ha un disagio il cameriere deve essere bravo a recuperare,no che risponde male ed infierisce. Abbiamo pagato 80€ con l'amaro in bocca. Non torneremo mai più e nemmeno lo consiglio.

The food was good, but things came to the table that we had not ordered. As it seems, the waiter took advantage of the fact that we did not know the language well and made the combination of the table with his own mind. So this is where the scam begins. We paid €150 for two people and I'm telling you, friends, it wasn't worth it. We will not return and do not recommend this place.

We were here with our children. We came by chance, looking for a restaurant with a free table. The waiters speak English and are friendly. But the owner ruined everything. He was so spread out in front of tables where his friends were sitting and tried so hard to take care of them that the waiters forgot about the other customers and stopped paying attention. I had to wait a long time for the bill and then I had to pay attention again. The grilled fish and shrimp mix was not impressive at all, it was not tasty. The pasta with tomatoes was excellent. I also mentioned an important point, in my opinion: almost all the dishes in which the dishes were served were chipped, the forks were all different and had traces of defects. Looks like it'll be a nice spot. However DO NOT EAT HERE, food was less then desirable. My salad was mediocre, the greens were borderline rotten. The owner was taking orders, he was incredibly obnoxious and rude. Was not impressed with his manner of service. Spent more time talking to his friends and laughing obnoxiously then focusing on what we would like to eat. The food was not worth the stop. We would have had a better experience if one of the other servers were allowed to do their job, really wish would have chosen another place to eat. Definitely not worth the stop. 6/22/19... two American females in Bari as part of a tour. Was recommended by our tour guide but was, again as with our hotel, very disappointed with how we were treated. One of our servers was very nice but the owner & another server acted as if we were a bother. The food was good but if I am ever in Bari again I will definitely not go there to eat. I don’t speak Italian, although I am of Italian decent but none of that should matter. Rude & disrespectful. We even gave a tip to the nice gentleman server. You would think that restaurants would care about their reviews but I guess they don’t....
