Of course, I couldn't resist trying the octopus sandwich served with lettuce, straciatella, sun-dried tomato and olive oil. All ingredients combined in a crispy and fresh bun. I expected that the 8 euros spent on the sandwich would be a good investment, but I didn't think that my order would charm me so much. The octopus was fresh, soft and aromatic. You absolutely must go here! The owner is incredibly kind and friendly, often asking about your nationality and trying to speak a few words in your language, which is a lovely touch. But the real star?🌟 The owner is a true octopus master. I've tried octopus🐙 in Greece, Tanzania, Italy, and many other countries, and this octopus is, by far, the absolute best! The combination of stracciatella and octopus is pure genius. The octopus here is so soft and tender it practically melts in your mouth, with a delightful, slightly sour taste. Tried the pannino al polpo here and honestly, it blew me away. Super flavourful and way more than I expected. The octopus was tender, seasoned just right, and packed into a tasty bun that held it all together perfectly. I enjoyed it so much I came back the next day for another one as a snack. Definitely hit the spot! Not gonna lie, the lady behind the counter seemed a bit moody, and some of the other menu items didn’t look all that tempting but the burger itself was top notch.
