Sporting Bellagio — Restaurant in Bellagio

Lovely location off the beaten track of Lake Como. We stayed at nearby hotel and it was nice to have a quieter night out without the touristy crowds of Bellagio. The owner Aldo was super friendly and helpful, as well as all the other staff. A very generous aperitivo (pizza and mojitos!) followed by a delicious meal - off the menu freshly prepared for us. È da quasi 2 anni che ci andiamo ed è costantemente peggiorata, ci spiace per lo staff dell’anno scorso che era nettamente più aperta e accogliente, lo staff di adesso è schietto e molto indifferente, apparte per la signora più anziana. Per non parlare dei prezzi, che se fino all’anno scorso erano accettabili, adesso alcune cose sono aumentate nettamente, per esempio una Redbull a 5€, ingresso di domenica a 18€ a testa. Lo staff lascia poca libertà come poter fumare una sigaretta elettronica vicino alla piscina (giustificando che sia per legge, quando i cartelli mostrano la legge 584 (dove non fa riferimento a “piscine pubbliche). Veniamo qua da un po’ e ci spiace che questo posto sia diventato così limitato e costoso, consigliamo di non venirci più. ps. una volta facevano ai lavoratori di Bellagio (noi) uno sconto, 10€ ingresso + drink alcolico/analcolico. ah e il numero per prenotare non...

Very nice place - with good service. We spend a hole day by the pool (you bye a sun bed and a umbrella, which you can use from 9 to 19). And public pools are not that easy to find in Bellagio. It was wonderfull! And we eat at the place two evenings - the food was surprisingly good. Warmly...
