Fantastic experience😎 From the exterior to the interior, the restaurant was very clean and had a great atmosphere. The owner and all the staff were extremely friendly and kind. Since I didn’t have a reservation, I sat at the bar. Although I don’t speak Italian and found it a bit difficult to read the menu, sitting close to where the food was being prepared turned out to be even better. I could ask the staff directly and get help with my order.

The open kitchen was very clean, and the chefs preparing sushi were incredibly organised. Every dish was fantastic. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the menu had so many items with similar names that it was hard to tell the difference between them. Also, the specials written on the wall had no English description, and I didn’t realise they were available until later. However, when I saw someone else’s dish, the owner kindly explained what it was and helped me order it.

My favourite dishes were the raw shrimp nigiri and the special menu topped with scallops and caviar. Highly recommend...

Servizio: Il personale è giovane e gentile, durante una cena passano un paio di volte per sapere se va tutto bene e se si vuole ordinare altro cosa che gradisco molto personalmente. Stessa cosa anche il cassiere che è sempre gentile (che penso sia il titolare). I piatti arrivano in tempi congrui considerando che vengono preparati al momento con qualche minuto di attesa in più ovviamente quando si prende qualcosa di particolare od il locale è molto affollato. Non mi è mai capitato di avere posate, bicchieri o piatti sporchi, cosa non sempre scontata purtroppo. I tavoli sono ben distanziati al piano terra e ciò consente più tranquillità e un ambiente con meno rumore e più discreto, forse giusto al piano sopra si potrebbe avere qualche centimetro in più tra i tavoli ma capisco anche che lo spazio sia poco essendo un locale abbastanza piccolo. Il menù è molto completo, consiglio però di affiancare ad ogni tipologia di pietanza una foto rappresentativa dato che non tutti sanno cosa sia un determinato piatto dovendo andare quindi a cercare su internet. Le bacchette inoltre non sono le classiche bacchette anonime di legno ma sono piuttosto eleganti e dalle estremità a punta anziché spesse e squadrate, molto apprezzate. Consiglio di prenotare abbastanza in anticipo se andate il week end perché non è scontato trovare posto.

Pietanze: I prodotti che ho preso erano sempre freschi e molto buoni. Il pesce come quantità predominava sempre sul riso e la temperatura del sushi era sempre quella ambiente e mai freddo. Per quanto riguarda il sashimi anch’esso molto buono anche se preferirei che i pezzi fossero un po’ più grandi in questo caso, soprattutto essendo un ristorante alla carta. La verdura anch’essa è fresca e sempre perfetta. Salsa di soia direi perfetta e servita in un contenitore elegante, wasabi di ottima qualità così come lo zenzero con un sapore forte come piace a me. Ecco, magari wasabi e zenzero li servirei su piattini separati per ogni persona e non su un piattino unico anche per una questione di igiene (usiamo le bacchette che ci siamo messi in bocca per prendere lo stesso wasabi e zenzero in comune, non il massimo soprattutto se sei con una persona che non conosci). Per quanto riguarda i dessert io ho provato il tiramisù al té verde che onestamente avrei preferito sapesse un po’ di più di té verde, così invece mi sembra un po’ “sprecato”. Ho provato anche i mochi che invece mi sono piaciuti in quanto sono in versione “gelato” e quindi possono incontrare i gusti di molte più persone al contrario dei classici mochi la cui consistenza e sapore tengono lontani i gusti di molte persone.

Rapporto Qualità/Prezzo Come rapporto qualità prezzo ci siamo assolutamente direi, in genere per due persone spendo sempre all’incirca 70€, quindi 35€ a testa, esclusi dessert e vini uscendo sempre sazi.

Se si limassero quei pochi e lievi difetti che ho descritto meriterebbe indubbiamente...

The worst place I have ever been. Rude owner or manager who was the only one not wearing uniform. I stoop up more than 10 minutes to talk to him then I said I would like to order some food. His answer was ‘I am working.’ i am not your customer then? Instead other people arrived after me ordered their take aways and even left with food. There is no one who has a manner to work properly. +) I add up to comment from property. I WAS AT YOUR PLACE. Denying does not improve your business at all. You guys should change attitude and be professional. I have traveled a lot and now live in Bergamo. Your place is literally the worst place ever. I do know that you have another one, Kura, at Via G e G Paglia. I do not go there as well. Also I do not recommend to anyone...
