Pivo Beer Bar — Restaurant in Bergamo

I cannot comment on the food as I didn't order this time, but great beer selection on the tap (nice Italian craft beer), good old punk rock music inside and friendly staff. Shots suggested at the end we would have taken anyway, but saying they're free when they weren't was a Stan move, so one point down. I recommend anyway, you cannot find many craft beer places in Bergamo, especially with Monkey Island posters :)

Siamo stati in questo locale un venerdì sera per passare una serata tra amici. Locale molto carino, forse un po' piccolo, ma ambiente piacevole. Buona selezione di birre. Il cibo è buono, ma niente di eccezionale, e la scelta è abbastanza limitata. Purtroppo nel momento dell'ordinazione qualcosa è andato storto. Uno di noi ha ordinato una "Un americano" alla spina, una delle loro birre. Gli arriva un americano (cocktail). Ok, niente di grave, viene rimandato indietro e gli viene fatta la birra che voleva. Peccato che alla fine questo cocktail ci sia stato messo in conto (nonostante non l'avessimo bevuto e nonostante persino la cameriera avesse ammesso che era stato un suo errore). Un'altra ragazza ordina una birra che non c'era nella lista (suo errore) e, senza dirle niente e senza chiedere chiarimenti, le viene rimpiazzata con un'altra, aperta e servita. Valore della bottiglia: 50€. Quando ha fatto presente che quella non era la birra che lei voleva, il gestore le ha detto (in tono molto scontroso e maleducato) "non so proprio dove tu abbia visto quella birra sulla lista, non l'abbiamo, questa è simile.".
