After going there and having nice time for almost a decade, this place has changed for worse. Significantly. Was it really Covid or something else? Great disappointment and going down hill. Aperitivo very poor, personnel lazy, slow, dirty. I don't mind tattoos, piercing and alternative looks, but I do mind unprofessional behaviour. Young new waiter blowing his nose, coughing and then touching brioche with his bare hands. If lucky, he will clean the table, if not... When ordering anything, prepare to wait... And be ready to get your order mixed.. From being a cult place with excellent food and drinks, and with professional and pleasurable crew.. To a place you should largely avoid. Lovely Café with indoor and outdoor seating on a busy pedestrian street. My wife and I visited on 5th and 6th of January 2019 and ordered coffee and croissants. The helpful waitress took the coffee order but told us to check out the free aperativo inside before she would take the croissant order. Inside there was a self service area with two types of foccasia bread, Russian salad, shrimp salad and lots more to choose from all free with a drink or coffee order! This a typical tradition in the Lombardy region and Café's and bars pride themselves on their selections. Great staff here, very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended...

Non posso esprimere più di una stella perché è stato impossibile provare le proposte di questo locale, per due motivi principali: ci siamo seduti all'interno del locale (lungo il piano superiore collegato al Legami Store), in una stanza piuttosto spaziosa e dal design interessante. Prenotiamo quindi un servizio tramite l'apposito bottone (si tratta di un pulsante che "richiama" un addetto per prendere l'ordinazione) e, poco dopo, sale una cameriera con fare spaesato domandando a un altro tavolo se avessero richiesto una consumazione, per poi giungere al nostro e comunicarci che il locale era stato prenotato per una festa privata. La ragazza ha fatto presente che, all'ingresso del locale, si trovasse una comunicazione - scritta in bianco su un foglio effetto usurato, dal colore juta, posizionato al primo piano, quindi non fosse possibile sedersi. Ci è stato di conseguenza indicato di provare ad accomodarci fuori, ma senza sapere se ci fosse posto o meno; strano, dal momento che presupporrei che gli addetti si trovino sempre al piano terra, se occorre un campanello per richiamarli su. scendiamo e vediamo che, pur all'esterno e con temperature di poco superiori allo 0 (senza riscaldamenti), tutti i tavoli sono occupati. Facciamo un giro al Legami Store e, una volta usciti, troviamo un tavolo libero. Fa sempre freddo, ci sediamo e attendiamo la venuta di una fantomatica addetta. A un certo punto arriva, finalmente possiamo ordinare!, ma si scopre che il club sandwich (presente sul menù) non si possa ordinare perché la cucina è bloccata per la festa al piano superiore. Alle 18 di un sabato di dicembre. Quindi, ce ne siamo andati. Non è chiaro il motivo per cui la sera di sabato un locale sia bloccato da un evento che probabilmente è stato deciso nei giorni precedenti, così da non poter permettere di ordinare qualcosa dal menù che coinvolga la cucina.
