Worst aperitif experience in Bergamo. I don’t think they treat tourists well. A friend of mine who doesn’t speak a word in Italian arrived before me and ordered a drink for both of us during happy hour. When I reached her she was sitting alone with two glasses of spritz and nothing else. I asked the waitress why she didn’t bring her some snacks its a happy hour. The waitress answered she didn’t ask...I replied it was unfair not to bring compliment to a person who doesn’t simply know local tradition while everyone around had snacks. The waitress got annoyed and her exact words were “if you now ask me nicely, i’ll bring you something”. Nowhere have I ever encountered such rudeness from a so-called waitress who obviously didn't want to be there. Food is great (we tried the malezia sandwich, stuffed toast and stuffed pizza) with reasonable prices and they serve freshly squeezed orange juice. Many locals were enjoying their coffee during our experience, which made the place feel more authentic.
