Pasta is the most traditional ingredient of Italian cuisine. So we decided to lunch at a typical restaurant serving good pasta. And it's a restaurant in the historic part of Bologna, "Adesso Pasta". We were not fooled, it was a great choice. At the site where the Pasquini brothers' trade in fabrics used to be, it's now a great restaurant. A location with a breathtaking view of the historic city center in a historic building. An experience for palates and eyes. The choice of paste is good and quality. Starters was Tagliere di salumi e formaggi accompagnati to confetture, miele e frutta secca ( Cold cuts and cheese platter accompanied with jams, honey and dried fruit). We ate Gramigna con salsiccia, Tagliatelle al ragù, Tortelloni con formaggio, Farfalle con proscutto e piselli ( Gramigna with sausage, Tagliatelle with meat sauce, Tortelloni with cheese, Farfalle with ham and peas). Everything was delicious. The wine was also great ( Trebbiano di Romagna). The service was very good, the staff friendly. We enjoyed every bite, in a word, bravo for the chef.

Located right of the piazza maggiore, its incredibly convenient when looking for a bite to eat. It is true Italian cuisine. They offer a variety of pasta dishes that all my friends have enjoyed while enjoying our stay in Bologna for a few weeks. However their menu is not limited to pasta as I have enjoyed their salads too. I have come to eat here multiple times during my stay and would recommend the restaurant to anyone visiting the area. I have been particularly impressed with their menu as they have different size options for most of their dishes which makes the prices more reasonable depending on our appetite. My personal favorite dish is the tortellini ricotta e spinaci but their most popular enjoyed by many of my friends is tagliatelle al ragu. The tiramisu is amazing dessert option here :)

I'm not a native Italian, but when we visited Bologna, we knew we wanted to try the world-famous pasta ala Bolognese. So we chose Adesso Pasta Car Ristorante and I have to say that we were not particularly pleased... Not that the food wasn't good, but I expected more. To be honest, I make a better Bolognese sauce for my pasta at home... I don't really understand why there were peas in the sauce and also why we were served pasta not mixed with the sauce. Shouldn't they have the pasta rolled with the sauce to combine the flavors? As I write, I'm not Italian, but this version of my favorite dish was a slight disappointment. (small portion with one beer cost 22 euro)

Located right of the piazza maggiore, its incredibly convenient when looking for a bite to eat. It is true Italian cuisine. They offer a variety of pasta dishes that all my friends have enjoyed while enjoying our stay in Bologna for a few weeks. However their menu is not limited to pasta as I have enjoyed their salads too. I have come to eat here multiple times during my stay and would recommend the restaurant to anyone visiting the area. After a 15 euro taxi drive to arrive on time for our reservation, we were shown to our table. Within 90 seconds of sitting down, the wait person approached us THREE times to ask if we were ready to order. After her third visit, I informed her, in Italian, that my guests did not speak Italian and we have been trying to download their online-only English menu. She gave us the internet information, which failed to work. She never returned. After multiple efforts to get her attention (she was clearly now ignoring us), and waiting 30 minutes, I walked over to the owner and told him we were no longer willing to wait and that we were leaving the restaurant. No apology from him either, We passed the wait person on our way out and she saluted our departure with her middle finger. Spend your money...

Vi aspettavate una recensione di m..... Solo che ho voluto metterci più tempo per vomitare, Una sola sera per togliermi lo sfizio, ma è stata un idea bruttissima, preso la pasta alla norma che addirittura era fatta con il doppio concentrato di pomodoro e con il sapore di dado di tipo star 🤣, noi da siciliani vi sappiamo dire che la norma non si fa così, se proprio si vuole usare un prodotto da discount non usate il doppio concentrato ma una semplice bottiglia di passata che costa 0.59 cent. Preso la pasta all arrabbiata che era più mangiabile della norma ma sempre fatta col doppio concentrato. Per secondo cotoletta alla bolognese salattissima e appiccicosa, si sentiva proprio il sapore che non era appena fatta ma si vedeva anche che era riscaldata tipo da microonde... (Se questo è cibo e solo da vergogna, la nostra cucina italiana non si sottovaluta così, mettete gente che sappia cucinare!) come anche la carbonara non va aggiunta la panna per paura che magari si possa asciugare facendo il piano in ascensore, l'uovo non va stracotto ma crudo con pepe e formaggio, tassativamente pecorino romano. Ci dispiace per le persone straniere, che continuano a mangiare li facendosi fregare convinti che tutto è buono e fresco al momento, ma così non lo è, in più in paragone agli inglesi ci dispiace dirlo, imparate a mangiare altrimenti meglio il vostro fast food americano. Forse e giunto il momento di fermarmi. Mai più davvero, ed in più un ristorante così situato in centro. Prezzi alti e cucina che neanche ai poveretti la darei. Scusate la nostra esplicitá, anzi è In ritardo la recensione. (PS: se volete un insegnamento in cucina soprattutto sui primi piatti, vengo io) menomale che non c'è il pesce nel menù, perché sennò ancora peggio, i piatti meridionali, detto da meridionali sono un arte ci devi nascere per saperli fare! Igienicamente il pane non va servito In una busta di carta, complimenti che state ancora a galla! Le vetrate secondo me, meglio coprirle perché le persone che si siedono (parlando al piano di giù) non devono sentirsi come se fossero dei manichini in vetrina, ma devono sentirci sicuri e non a disagio, un po' di intimità in un ristorante situato in una zona centrale. LA CAPO SALA HA RICEVUTO UNA MEZZA RECENSIONE IN CASA AL MOMENTO DEL PAGAMENTO, NON SAPEVA OVVIAMENTE COSA DIRE, RIFERIVA IN CUCINA, NESSUNA COLPA.
