BE’MO — Restaurant in Bologna

I love it here. The menu is full of cheaply priced items and both things I’ve tried so far have been very yummy. €6 for a warm bowl of noodles and bok choy in a spicy and savory broth. I tried both the Spaghetti Momo and the Vermicelli Felici. The dishes were very similar except the difference in the noodle—one being a wheat noodle and the other (vermicellli) is a clear noodle made from sweet potatoes. My only issue is that I would like more vegetables added because the amount of veggie is small. However, it is fairly cheap meal so I understand. If you need a break from bolognese food and crave some good spice, then this casual spot will satisfy...

I was in Northern Italy for a month and a half for work, and while I absolutely love Italian food, I was desperately craving some authentic spicy Chinese food. I got the glass noodles in the red soup broth with bokchoy, and it was perfect! Fantastic heat and flavor...I am so satisfied. Be aware that spicy does actually mean spicy here🤣...I know everyone has a different tolerance but just a warning for those who only like it mild! Ci sono stata ieri per la prima volta dopo aver incrociato il locale per caso passeggiando nella zona. Coi miei genitori abbiamo provato il menù da 12 euro che comprende la pasta Golden spaghetti con manzo, un Rogamo di suino e una bibita a scelta, poi fuori menù gli spaghetti di riso e gli spaghetti Vanza. Tutto veramente squisito; non ci potevo credere, perchè ho frequentato diverse rosticcerie cinesi, ristoranti e all you can eat ma non ho mai trovato una qualità simile a dei prezzi così abbordabili. Inoltre la pasta è fatta a mano (oltre al fatto che è scritto sul menù, lo si capisce anche perchè la cucina è a vista, il che è molto apprezzabile a mio parere). Il locale è di dimensioni abbastanza contenute, ma molto intimo e tranquillo. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Dal primo assaggio e poi sguardo ho pensato fra me e me di aver trovato finalmente un posto da poter definire come uno dei miei preferiti di questo genere di cucina, dove gustare un pasto semplice ma delizioso a un prezzo onestissimo e in un ambiente sereno. Se dovessi proprio trovare un difetto è che nel menù in fin dei conti si trova solo Rogamo e pasta, seppur in diverse varianti: mi piacerebbe che venissero proposti altri piatti della loro cucina ma, se anche questo non dovesse accadere, continuerei ad andarci volentieri più e più volte perchè...
