The most rude and disrespectful cashier lady ..This is how you treat your clients ? How much drama this lady knows is incredible, she turned to the worlds most innocent lady in a minute after acting like the rudest cashier I have ever seen in my entire life. Actually we were five friends and we are living for years in Bologna and had always heard about the place but never went there, today by chance we were passing by so we wanted to try the pizzas, during ordering she was so rude to my friends and started shouting that you cannot stand here and there . I thought okay maybe they have some specific rules that we don’t know so I asked my friends to move away then I ordered and stand in front of the next shop to wait for my order and after a minute she came outside and again she was talking in a very rude tone to my friends to go further away from the next closed shop, I asked her that we are already not in your property and you shouldn’t talk to your clients in that way , instead of being sorry she started shouting again and was showing middle fingers to us , and then called the police and became the most innocent women in the world , she is a shame in the name of women , she knew that she is a women and we cannot beat her so she took the full advantage. Trust the 1 stars and do not go there, in order to respect us, the customers who were treated insanely rudely. Don't support these as**oles. I paid for my pizza by card and proceeded to wait. 10 mins later they say that the payment did not go through so I have to pay again. I was pretty certain it did so I told them I'll check my online bank. They started yelling at me that I'm blocking the line and others can't pay because I'm not paying. I said just cancel that payment right now, let others pay and I'll pay once I've checked my bank. They kept yelling so I paid. I got the pizza and went to the outdoors area and sat down at a bench because my internet was being slow, I still wanted to check. After 5 minutes they noticed me sitting there and they came out and started yelling at me again that those seats are not for me and "I should just sleep well for those 3 euros" - whatever that means. At that point I got into my online bank and had two of the same payments showing of course and they were not even willing to look at my phone. I had stayed calm the whole time and just explained my situation meanwhile they just kept yelling at me. I've never had such a bad experience with staff anywhere, I just left crying and haven't...
