Delizioso, the place to go to if you want the best rotolo in Bologna. The most amazing guys who put so much care in their work it puts a smile on my face. They are always so nice to you which makes it a highlight of the day when you order something. Scoperto per caso, è stata una FELICE SCOPERTA!!! Ottimo menù (abbondante scelta vegetariana e vegana), ingredienti di alta qualità (scopro solo ora da internet che sono anche BIO!!). Io ho provato una sorta di piadina con falafel, verdure e salse di hummus e tahin, e involtini di foglie di vite ripieni di riso con una salsina al melograno... Tutto speciale e buonissimo!! Inoltre gentilmente mi hanno offerto un po' di patatine perché volevo assaggiare la loro crema all'aglio (top!). Confermato che ci piace un sacco il cibo libanese/siriano!!!! E poi: SUPER GENTILEZZA e SIMPATIA del personale, ma proprio SUPER, e poi la pulizia! MAI VISTO UNO STREET FOOD COSÌ PULITO! Ma neanche tanti ristoranti stellati! Il ragazzo di Aleppo, che tocca anche soldi e altro, si IGIENIZZA sempre le mani, e l'altro ragazzo è con la cuffia in testa!! (SIETE FANTASTICI!!!!) E poi graziosissimo il posticino di fronte alla vetrinetta degli ingredienti, giusto 3 posti con tavolino per sedersi e mangiare (senza starci una vita, così da dare possibilità anche agli altri).
