Salve, per quanto si mangi bene in questo locale e la qualità del cibo sia indiscutibile, purtroppo devo segnalare una grande mancanza a livello organizzativo, e ora vi spiego il motivo.

Sono del Sud e mi trovavo a Bologna per far visita a mio fratello, che vive nei dintorni. Mi era stato consigliato di provare questo ristorante proprio per l’elevata qualità dei piatti. Così, nonostante la distanza – circa 30-35 minuti in auto dalla casa di mio fratello – ho deciso di andarci. Premetto che era un sabato sera, quindi per sicurezza ho preferito chiamare il locale nel pomeriggio, così da evitare problemi.

Al telefono mi ha risposto un ragazzo, il quale mi ha detto che il sabato non accettano prenotazioni, né tramite telefono né tramite app. Tuttavia, mi ha consigliato di presentarmi direttamente al locale intorno alle 20:00 oppure dopo le 21:00, assicurandomi che – trattandosi solo di quattro persone – avremmo sicuramente trovato un tavolo. Ho chiesto conferma più volte, sottolineando che stavo arrivando da lontano, e lui ha ribadito che non ci sarebbero stati problemi.

La sera stessa ci siamo messi in viaggio, affrontando circa 40 minuti di auto, più 10 minuti a piedi dopo aver parcheggiato. Quindi, in totale, quasi 50 minuti per arrivare al locale. Ci presentiamo poco dopo le 21:00, come consigliato, ma ci viene detto che tutti i posti erano occupati.

Le ragazze alla reception ci hanno ripetuto più volte che non accettano prenotazioni, ma al contempo ci hanno detto che tramite un'app, invece, era possibile prenotare. Quindi, a conti fatti, il locale accetta eccome prenotazioni il sabato, ma dà priorità a quelle effettuate tramite app – cosa che al telefono non era stata minimamente specificata.

Nonostante io e mio padre avessimo spiegato la situazione, e fossimo disposti ad aspettare anche mezz’ora pur di sederci, ci hanno semplicemente mandati via, dicendo che non si sarebbe liberato alcun posto, né alle 21:00 né più tardi.

Sinceramente, anche se la qualità del cibo potrà pure essere ottima, a livello di organizzazione e comunicazione con il cliente sono rimasta profondamente delusa. Non consiglio questo locale a chi viene da lontano, e ancor meno nel fine settimana.

A prescindere dal cibo, un’attività dovrebbe basarsi anche sul rispetto per il tempo e le esigenze del cliente. E in questo caso, purtroppo, non...

My experience today was a bit different than what my friends' say it's the norm.. Ca' Pelletti serves amazing breakfast platters (or 'baskets' as they call them), with great variety of food. The place itsels it's nice and the staff is polite, but the service was really slow today, although we arrived late for breakfast (09:45). I ordered the savoury breakfast (Vacanziera): my eggs were cold, the bread was hard and the tomatoes had been out for a while. Asked to have it without the ham.. and came with the ham. A bit disappointing. The other people i was with really enjoyed theirs, so must have been just my platter or my expectations :(. I will have to go back for a second chance I think and maybe go for the Italian...
