Ristorante Neroarancio- Savhotel — Restaurant in Bologna

Fillet steak ordered rare came little over medium, which is fine. However it was dry and grey all over outside, it tasted bland almost as though boiled rather than seared. Fillet steak is never a large portion, and never before have I not finish it, until now. I usually only leave positive reviews, but for the price I must leave a negative here.
