Grissino — Restaurant in Bolzano - Bozen

I've been a customer in this Grissino establishment for over 10 years now. The staff here is incredibly kind and welcoming. There are tons of food options: sushi, pizza, thai dishes, japanese dishes, you name it. The quality of the food is great, every time that I've eaten there I was not disappointed at all. Ordiniamo da asporto, una pizza e due piatti di sushi. L’attesa è lunga per essere un giorno infrasettimanale e con il locale mezzo vuoto ma non ci lamentiamo, perché non sappiamo se è prassi o se è una serata sfortunata. Ad un certo punto vediamo che viene poggiata una pizza sul bancone e lasciata lì. Passano poco più di 15 minuti e poi il ragazzo ci porta quella pizza, con il sushi che aveva appena preso dalla cucina. Gli facciamo notare che la pizza è stata ferma per tanto tempo e che ormai è fredda, attaccata al cartone e immangiabile. Il ragazzo ci risponde “e che colpa ne ho io, tanto te la devi portare a casa ora che arrivi era fredda comunque” noi allibite gli rispondiamo anche che abitando letteralmente di fronte, Ci avremmo messo meno di due minuti ad essere a casa e ci ha rispondo che non era un suo problema. Senza parole ce ne siamo andate senza parlare con nessun altro, il ragazzo visibilmente giovane e inesperto non giustifica la maleducazione. Überteuert und wenig sättigend – Preis-Leistung nicht überzeugend

Leider konnte das Lokal in unserem Fall weder geschmacklich noch preislich überzeugen. Die Pizza war eher klein und geschmacklich durchschnittlich – für den aufgerufenen Preis hätten wir uns deutlich mehr erwartet.

Auch das Sushi war qualitativ in Ordnung, allerdings wurden sehr kleine Portionen serviert, wodurch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt enttäuschend ausfiel. Im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants haben wir hier beinahe das Doppelte bezahlt – und wurden dennoch nicht satt.

Wer also mit Appetit kommt, sollte sich auf eine sehr hohe Rechnung einstellen oder besser nach einer Alternative Ausschau halten – es sei denn, man ist bereit, rund 50 € auszugeben, um den Hunger für ein paar Stunden zu stillen.

Fazit: Freundliches Ambiente, aber zu hohe Preise bei zu kleinen Portionen. Die Qualität ist solide, doch das Verhältnis zwischen Preis und Leistung stimmt...
