Today, as always when we are in Bolzano, we visited the Sun68 shop. We like the brand and the selection of clothes is always great. Today, 24.8.24, we were there around 6pm, an hour before the shop closed. When we entered, we were greeted curtly and disdainfully by a young, short, brown-haired, not particularly friendly employee. After we left the cubicle, we were just looked at askance after we said we didn't like the cut of the shirt. Nevertheless, we bought a shirt and trainers. All three cards we tried to pay with didn't work. But not because we are not solvent, but because the machine took too long to complete the payment process. I have never been treated so snootily and badly by a shop assistant. We then paid cash and left dissatisfied. The service and customer friendliness was really rude, disrespectful and unnecessary! Vor einem Monat hatte ich eine unangenehme Erfahrung: Als ich kurz vor Ladenschluss am Geschäft vorbeikam, fragte ich höflich, ob ich noch hereinkommen könne. Die Verkäuferin kam ohne zu antworten heraus und zündete sich direkt neben mir eine Zigarette an, ohne mir auch nur die geringste Höflichkeit entgegenzubringen. Ich gebe zu, dass mich das sehr gekränkt hat. Dennoch wollte ich dem Geschäft eine zweite Chance geben. Ich bin nach Bozen zurückgekehrt und habe glücklicherweise eine ganz andere Verkäuferin vorgefunden: professionell, freundlich, höflich und sogar gut duftend – es war eine wahre Freude, von ihr bedient zu werden!
