Top Ramen Bolzano — Restaurant in Bolzano - Bozen

After living most of my life in Bolzano this is truly the first authentic Ramen Restaurant. I've been to Japan and need to say that the experience and taste are nearly similar. The staff are very friendly and helped us arrange some tables to make space to sit for 6 people. (Normaly they have tables for 4-5 people max) Please do not see this as an alternative to instant noodles. Combinations and flavours are on top. The ingredients are fresh and the atmosphere reminds you to be in a small ramen shop in the center of Tokyo. The portions are very filling. I was really wondering why this shop is not busy throughout the day. As I came the second time with some friends, the owner gave us some free sake imported from Japan. The only negative thought i would have are the spoons. Unfortunately they are a bit complicated to use to eat. (This is only my opinion, as i until now had only the bigger ramen spoons to help me eat.

Bestes Ramen-Restaurant in Bozen und Umgebung! Super Lage und Personal! Leider ein Geruchsproblem!

Kürzlich hatten wir die Gelegenheit, dieses neue und wunderbare Restaurant im Zentrum (Altstadt Bozen) zu besuchen. Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist sehr gemütlich. Die Einrichtung ist modern und die Tische sowie die Theke sind bequem. An der Theke kann den Köchen beim Kochen zugeschaut werden.

Das Ambiente ist wirklich schön, aber der Geruch war sehr störend. Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants fiel uns der starke Kochgeruch auf. Und nach dem Essen haftete der Geruch natürlich an der Kleidung. Nach 2 Tagen Lüften war der Geruch immer noch nicht verschwunden. Besonders wenn man etwas in der Mittagspause essen möchte oder nach dem Essen nicht direkt nach Hause möchte, ist dieses Restaurant leider nicht geeignet.

Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich. Die Kellner und die Mitarbeiter an der Kasse waren äußerst zuvorkommend.

Wir haben beide Ramen probiert, eine normale und eine mit Udon-Nudeln. Zusätzlich dazu haben wir auch die Gyoza gekostet. Die Speisen waren geschmacklich gut, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat überzeugt.

Insgesamt war unser Besuch durchwachsen. Das gemütliche Ambiente und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter haben einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Geruchsprobleme im Restaurant waren jedoch störend und haben das Gesamterlebnis beeinträchtigt. Die Ramen und die Gyoza waren geschmacklich gut, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat überzeugt. Trotzdem sollte das Restaurant das Problem mit dem Kochgeruch dringend angehen, um eine angenehmere Atmosphäre...

The place is well decorated and cozy. The service was quick, efficient and polite. The food was very tasty. Proper portions and good quality noodles. We had one udon soup, one ramen and one portion of gyoza. Everything tasted homemade to me (the gyoza and the ramen noodles).
