Altri ristoratori Bresciani mi avevano avvisato del basso livello di accoglienza che avrei trovato, e in meno di 3 minuti posso dire che avevano tutti ragione... Anzi, hanno usato parole fin troppo gentili per descrivere l'ignoranza del personale.
Prenotato con giorni e giorni di anticipo, all'arrivo la sala non era per niente come nelle foto: tavoli piccolissimi, uno attaccato all'altro, dove ci si dovrebbe sedere con degli estranei, separati da pannelli di plexiglass che danno l'idea di mangiare in un box da call-center...
Non ci sarebbe nemmeno niente di male se, al momento della prenotazione venisse specificato e, soprattutto, se alla richiesta di cambiare posto con uno degli altri 20 tavoli vuoti, ben 2 camerieri (uno dei quali impegnato a bere al bancone insieme ad altre persone) non avessero risposto: "va bene, grazie lo stesso" con una strafottenza unica.
Ho conosciuto parcheggiatori abusivi più educati e accomodanti, vergogna.

Se l'altra sera aveste avuto la stessa voglia di discutere che avete avuto oggi rispondendo alla mia recensione, probabilmente avrei potuto recensire i vostri piatti e non la vostra scortesia, sottolineata, tra l'altro, da DECINE di altre recensioni negative. P. P. S. Le bugie le dite voi: 1, ho la conferma della prenotazione salvata. 2, dopo aver cenato in un altro ristorante sono ripassato davanti al vostro... le sale erano ancora mezze vuote... 😊
E per non farsi mancare nulla, fanno anche scrivere recensioni ad hoc in risposta alle recensioni negative, con tanto di insulti a chi le scrive... ...
