I believe the pizza here is great, we, unfortunately, haven’t tasted it. When we tried to sit down at one of many empty tables (really most of them were not occupied) the waiter just started screaming at us in Italian and then in English “tell me”. Eventually, we realized that we can’t sit without reservation. Honestly, even if we’d have a reservation, after the waiter’s behavior, we wouldn’t stay anyway. Not everybody knows you and knows, that you require a reservation. There are a couple of things you might consider to help people to understand it: 1) If you expect people to wait to be seated, you can place a sign there. It’s called “Please wait to be seated”. 2) If all of your tables are reserved, there’s nothing easier than place a “reserved” sign on it. 3) Educated your staff in manners - things like “all the tables are reserved” could be expressed very politely and...

We had to remind the waiter for our drinks, but overall it is a very nice place. Locals love it, and everyone seems to know each other. After COVID, it seems many places got used to serving mostly in their own languages, so no matter where you go, be prepared to communicate in another language for a good experience. For us, we tried the Bruschetta Classico, a taster treat! Along with a salad. We should have shared the pizza because they are large. We ended up eating a slices and taking the rest to go… the brindisi pizza was amazing if you love stracciatella cream on it! 😋 So I would give it higher, but the server( who was working super hard with a busy crowd) lost us. Oh well! I am sure you will enjoy!...
Read moreMamma mia, what a pizza! We had a reservation and waited quite a bit because it was busy but the wait was absolutely worth it. If you're in Brindisi and like pizza, please go there: you'll love it. The waiter was a charm, and their wine and beer selection was good. The setup is such that you're into a loud collective experience (i.e. I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic night out if you're into a quiet place or calm atmosphere!) yet it's also true we went when it was packed: surely when there's less people it wouldn't sound so loud. The pizza was DELICIOUS. Incredible flavor, as fresh as it gets, wonderfully special in terms of recipe, and delicious dough. They know what they do and they do it well. Finally, the place itself is beautiful: the building was from an old puppet theatre and it's charming. I highly...
