Our recent visit to this Italian restaurant was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome that set the tone for a fantastic evening. Cascipò is one of those rare places that feels like a secret worth keeping—but it’s simply too good not to share. Tucked away with a warm, rustic charm, this spot offers an authentic local dining experience that completely won us over.

The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and comforting in the best way. Every dish felt rooted in tradition, yet thoughtfully prepared with care and skill. We initially came for dinner, and it was so good we returned for lunch the very next day. If we had stayed longer, we would have happily eaten there every day.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the relaxed, homey atmosphere that made us feel like regulars from the moment we walked in.

I work as a tour leader around the world, so I've tried quite a few restaurants. We were 27 people so ... This could be the equivalent to 27 reviews in one.

AWESOME food, lovely calmed atmosphere and excellent service. Massimo's family did EVERYTHING to make us happy.

We could even chat with their kids (lovely waiters during lunch) and got help too, when one of my guests felt bad due to blood pressure issues. They were SO kind all the time with us, even with the birthday we celebrated there!!

All in all ... A LOVELY experience that wrapped up our day in Brindisi, on a really nice way.
